Safe To Say

The end of the year is closing in quickly. The annual goals have… well, they’ve been sort of forgotten since June when my daughter moved back into town. My workouts have been few and far between.

I still track my food every day (300 days consecutive MyFitness Pal informed me this morning). But that is the only thing I’ve been doing even remotely regularly. So my annual goals look like this:

The part of me that says I’ve completely wasted my Summer and Fall away is in direct conflict with the part that says….

…..this ^^^^ makes everything worthwhile.

It’s safe to say I won’t be making my fitness goals for the year. But the truth is that I’ll take the time with my grandkids (all NINE, almost TEN of them) over anything else in the world.

It’s been a GREAT year!
