Sometimes you’re the bug.

Yesterday?

Bug! Definitely bug!

Had a really, really tough run last night. Not physically tough, but mentally. I ended up cutting my run short, going home to do yoga, and get out of my own head-space. Sometimes my head-space is my worst enemy.

Tonight I’ll go for a bike ride so that I can succeed at a workout.

Saturday’s run will go better. This is just the way the cookie crumbles. Some workouts are hard, but historically for me, the next one is always better. I hate being the bug!
