So, you know how the whole exercise/weight loss thing can be, right? As in *it totally sucks the life out of me.* I don’t feel like I’m making progress and it gets frustrating. Well, it’s time for my monthly (or more like -sixweekly- measurement taking ritual, which I always look forward to (insert eye roll). I bit the bullet and measured before work this morning. Here’s the scoop (since Feb 10):
- Boobs – down 1/4 inch
- Natural waist – down 2 inches
- Lower ab area – down 3/4 inch
- Hips – down 1/2 inch
- Thighs – down 1/4 inch
- Biceps – no change
