I have been waiting to post this until Ann posted her story. I don’t know that I’ve mentioned it here, but my oldest ran her very first (and apparently last) marathon! I know how she struggled with it and I’m so proud of her for finishing. I registered to receive progress reports on her race so that I could gauge how she was doing. She’s a bit stubborn and I was afraid that she was going to injure herself doing this race, but she was smart about it. Yay!
She finished it. Not the way she wanted to when she first registered for it, but that’s OK. You can read all about it here.
