Every year we make goodies. This year I didn’t make nearly as many as I normally do, but these are one of my favorites and super simple. Pretzel squares, rolo minis, half pecans. Put a mini rolo on each pretzel square and put it into an oven on about 150 degrees until the rolos look all glossy (indicating that they’ve melted a bit). Pull them out of the oven and press a half pecan onto the melty rolo. This presses the chocolatey, caramely goodness into the pretzel square. Let them cool. Oh…be sure you line your pan with wax paper or you’ll never get the treats off the pan.
