Yoga For Runners

I have my five K tomorrow morning and am a bit nervous about it. My calves and achilles feel so tight right now. And I mean TIGHT! I’ve been getting charlie horses in the arches of my feet. They normally hit in the early morning hours shortly before my alarm goes off. I try to concentrate on stretching before and after I run and usually do a little bit of yoga. I found this when I did a google search for yoga poses for runners.

I think it will help. Not in time for my race tomorrow, but over time it will help.
