You Can Thank Me Later

Don’t expect me to give you portion amounts, but I have to tell/show you what I threw together for a post workout smoothie.

  • Chobani vanilla yogurt
  • Bananas
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Dutch cocoa powder
  • Peanut butter
  • 1% milk
  • Honey

Blend it all together and enjoy! So, so good. Mark only thought it was OK, but I loved it. You can try it and decide for yourself, or you can look at the ingredients and snub your nose at it.
