What Now?

If it’s not one thing, it’s a hundred thousand others.

Jenna and her grandma!

Mark got a phone call from the nurse responsible for the group home where Jenna lives. Jenna’s white blood cell counts are at an abnormal level. She’s going through batteries of tests to try and find the culprit. So far everything has come back negative, which is a relief. I think. I’m not sure what can be worse. Having them find something horrible but fixable, or having them not be able to find anything and just watch her deteriorate again. For now, we sit and wait.

    1. I know, right!? *interrobang*

I hope everything is alright with her, too. I just feel blessed that we’ve had her this long. I didn’t think she would live to see the end of the summer in 2007 so I really do feel blessed to still have her. I just wish I could FIX her. Apparently, I can’t fix shit, though. 🙂
