Whoo, boy, it’s been a rough week! I’ve been busy each day, but haven’t got a regular workout in. I hurt my stupid knee last week so here I am, back to just walking! It’s been a What The Fuck sort of week.  However, since I quit taking the metamucil I have been pooping like a champ, so there is some good news. I know. I know. TMI.
